The perfect candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. This role requires a high level of precision and organization. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
Prepare invoices and follow up with open balances for on-time and on-budget projects
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Record financial transactions in our accounting system.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for upper management and department leads.
Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry.
Knowledge of accounting software, such as Quickbooks.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
