We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive our organization and develop initiatives. The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for producing and generating applicants for each position Quickstart and its client's needs. Quickstart's clients primarily include healthcare industry facilities (Ex: residential substance abuse centers and mental health inpatient care).
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for generating and funneling candidates with unique methods. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will utilize current recruiting platforms as well as creating their own individualized methods to gain the best talent across multiple industry fields. The Talent Resource Specialist will be accountable for prospecting and incentivizing individuals to join our growing industries. We are looking for someone who can step outside the box and generate leads in new and exclusive ways.
Requirements
Experience:
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher (Preferred)
