Location Greenville, SC OR flexible to other Hubbell site locations Position Overview The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of warehousing and logistics business systems for Hubbell. Primary responsibility will be centered on WMS, but also extends to SAP ERP and TMS. Under the direction of the IT Director, Logistics, the Systems Analyst will participate in the planning, managing, and implementing of system rollouts and continuous improvement opportunities that relate to BlueYonder WMS and the associated integration to SAP. The Senior Systems Analyst must possess a strong technical knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS/LMS and be able to provide leadership and support to others who are also supporting BY WMS. The Senior Systems Analyst must have strong customer service skills striving to establish positive relationships with the end user community. The Senior Systems Analyst also demonstrates the following key competencies: * Is assertive, proactive and self-directed. * Can manage expectations and present objective solutions based on business requirements. * Ensures that all activities related to BlueYonder and SAP are identified and assessed. * Duties and Responsibilities * As a key team member, the Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for the requirements documentation, solution design, construction, testing, implementation, and systems integration. * Promotes the use of standard system functionality to enable warehousing and logistics processes that meet business requirements. * Oversees the delivery of new and complex solutions in response to unique business requirements. * Provides subject matter expertise in the analysis, design, and preparation of technology solutions to meet business needs * Engages in and supports all integration aspects of system designs and proposed solutions. * Influences business partners and management when issues are unique and difficult. * Maintains a clear vision and full understanding of our overall IT strategies. * Works with various business leaders to develop and draft Business cases and measurement criteria applicable to business improvement opportunities. * Provides subject matter expertise in the analysis, design, and preparation of technology solutions to meet business needs * Engages in and supports all integration aspects of system designs and proposed solutions. * Appreciates the need to engage in cross functional teamwork at both the business and technical levels. * Coaches and mentors other analysts as needed to promote knowledge sharing and long term support of solutions. * Works collaboratively with partners across the organization to create technical and functional specifications. * Participate in the design, build, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT application systems and/or infrastructure solutions in support of our current, and future business needs. * Performs SAP configuration as required to support the warehousing and logistics processes. * Skills_And_Experience * Bachelor degree in Information Systems with 5 plus years of relevant work experience * bility to affect changes to warehousing and logistics business processes through recognized leadership skills and expertise. * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. * Thorough knowledge of BlueYonder WMS and WLM and its integration to SAP. * Working knowledge of SAP s Sales & Distribution and Logistics Executi modules. * Broad understanding of SAP ECC modules and key functionality. * Excellent knowledge of continuous improvement practices, methodologies, and tools. * Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams. * Education Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Engineering General Hubbell Incorporated, its subsidiaries and affiliates, is an EO Employer AA: M/ F/Veteran/Disability.
