Job Description
The Opportunity: 
Mattel is seeking a Sr Global Media Partner to work with the internal YouTube Paid Media buying team across various brands. This candidate will be an experienced professional in the YouTube space that supports end-to-end management of Mattel’s YouTube paid media activity. The role will assist the team in: campaign set-up and optimization as well as provide recommendations to overall YouTube media strategy.
What Your Impact Will Be: 
Assist in translating Mattel’s Media Buying Strategy into campaign builds within the Google Ads platform. This includes campaign creation, trafficking, optimizations, and pacing across key drivers & content series.
Ensure media flighting and content are aligned to maximize performance.
Monitor competitors and macro trends and suggest campaign optimizations as needed.
Ensure flawless execution across all campaigns by setting up campaign builds in the system - determine campaign targeting, manage keyword lists, upload creative, develop ad copy, and execute A/B testing plans created by the management team.
Make real-time optimizations to maximize channel performance & media efficiency.
Set-up tests in the platform to measure performance differences between different ad groups, keywords, creative, target audiences, content, etc.
Assist with weekly and post-campaign performance reports for the cross-functional team, taking complex data and drilling down to the most relevant details.

Support the Manager on weekly Reporting calls for each brand.
Ensure all campaigns are properly actualized and troubleshoot with vendors/partners, as needed. Ensure all campaigns track to budget.
Partner closely with the Media Strategy Managers to ensure strategic alignment with larger Media Plans across all brands.
Collaborate with wider Integrated Marketing Communication teams to drive better YouTube paid media plans through media + creative alignment.
