Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a Sales Representative to our exceptional team. This will be a very fast-paced position where you will be tasked with having daily conversations with potential cold leads in order to gain their trust and build a relationship for a future potential sale. A successful BDR must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the client’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to consistently make these impactful calls.

Responsibilities
Cold call people using a provided list to set appointments with other members of the team
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients as a backup
Accurately depict how Charles IT operates and what differentiates us from competitors
Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s current pain points
Persuade the client to meet by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
Record the client’s personal information accurately in a HubSpot
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Proficient in English
Ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced, client-orientated team
Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of a growing company and client base
Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
High level of organization; strong attention to detail
Ability to pass a background check
Current, valid US driver's license is required
