In emerging communities, KPI Group partners with the Federal LifeLine Program to help individuals in need of obtaining cell phones and services in order to create new opportunities for them. Many people take their cell phones for granted, but communities in need can benefit greatly from the level of connection and communication that personal cell phones provide. Our Federal LifeLine Program that our client provides trusts KPI Group to reach into these communities and distribute telecommunication devices in targeted markets. KPI Group is in need of a Customer Service Outreach Representative that can connect these targeted markets with these levels of communication that they deserve.
Having reliable cell service can make it easier to find and keep a job, raise children and take advantage of new opportunities. In partnership with major telecommunication companies, KPI Groups team plays an important role in advancing future generations.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Outreach Representative:
* Conduct target market research and consistently be knowledgeable about the trends and innovations in our industry
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending daily educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
* Ensure a trusting relationship with potential new customers and stay current on how to ensure they are eligible for the government-assisted program
* Collaborate with the Management team, providing customer insights and statistics to improve campaign structures and increase telecommunication distribution for our Federal LifeLine Program
* Study accessories offered for our Federal LifeLine program and make sure to enlighten each potential customer with their options
Requirements
Requirements of the Customer Service Outreach Representative:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* The ability to build rapport with clients and multitasking is an asset for this role
* Detail-oriented and capability to think and plan strategically
* Have a passion for our customer experience based mission
