Position Overview: 
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
Monitor cash flow and manage cash reserves effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist with tax preparation.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Famous, SAGE, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
CPA certification or relevant professional accreditation (preferred but not required).
