Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and support the organization's overall human capital strategy. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Promote a positive work environment and company culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and talent development.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Identify training needs and develop training plans to address skill gaps and promote career growth.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
