Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proven experience in managing financial operations and leading a team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals and objectives are aligned with overall company objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
