Disassemble / Reassemble Damaged Vehicles:
Use OEM procedures to repair or replace damaged body parts, ensuring the vehicle returns to a safe condition following OEM specifications.
Structural Parts Removal and Installation:
Remove and install structural parts, ensuring precision and adherence to OEM guidelines.
Rivet Bonding and Welding:
Perform rivet bonding and welding on various materials, including steel, silicon bronze, and aluminum.
Electronic Measuring:
Utilize electronic measuring tools to ensure accurate repairs.
Frame Bench Jigs Setup:
Set up on frame bench jigs for structural alignment.
Organize and Store Parts:
Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring efficient workflow.
Read and Follow OEM Repair Procedures:
Stay updated on OEM repair procedures and follow them diligently.
Assist Estimators:
Collaborate with estimators during the blueprinting process.
Requirements
Machinery Handling:
Ability to handle machinery safely.
Tool Proficiency:
Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently.
Reading and Comprehension:
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
Attention to Detail:
Keen attention to detail to meet or exceed original factory fit and finish.
Reliability:
Consistent and reliable performance
Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90026 before starting work (Preferred).
Auto body repair experience: 3 years (Required).
