Systems Integration Engineer at New Venture

Job Summary
As an Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our organization's business processes by managing and enhancing the integration and data flow within our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), QMS (Quality Management System), and WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of data and information across these systems to support our business operations.
About the Company
SoLa Impact is a real estate private equity firm with a double bottom line strategy focused on preserving, rehabbing, and building high-quality affordable housing in Black and brown communities. SoLa is Southern California's largest for-profit affordable housing developer and is currently in construction on over 2,000 affordable housing units across Southern California. SoLa currently owns and manages over $1.2 billion of multifamily assets, almost all of which are in low-income, Black and brown communities.
SoLa's affiliate, MODEL/Z is reinventing multifamily housing creation by building the first and only standardized modular housing factory. The MODEL/Z is a comprehensive manufacturing system designed, engineered, and built to consistently produce a high-quality, low-cost, net-zero ready, and most importantly, standardized, modular housing product. MODEL/Z is a Black-owned and operated business based in Southern California that will deliver between 1,000 – 1,500 modular housing units per year by 2025. Education, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in system integration, particularly with ERP, MES, PLM, QMS, and WMS systems.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies, such as API, ETL, and middleware solutions.
Understanding of web application integrations using SOAP/RestAPIs calls in JSON/XML formats
Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Certification in relevant systems or integration platforms is a plus.
