JOB SUMMARY
The Social Impact Program Coordinator must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented. The Social Impact Tech Center Program Coordinator will be able to exercise good judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Support planning and coordination of tech center programs, field trips, and activities
Organize and update spreadsheets and databases using Excel and Google Suite;
Provide exceptional admin support to the Tech Center Management Team
Collaborate with the Social Impact team on projects and events and proactively contribute where needed;
Organize tech center events and special programs such as speaker series, field trips, and workshops.
Work with the Tech Center team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of different projects’
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
Minimum 4 years of experience in a project management, coordinator, or administrative position at a non-profit, academic institution, or in a corporate environment;
Experience with social impact and public good program development or campaigns preferred;
Experience working with youth in an afterschool program environment;
Spanish speaking is strongly preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
Mastery in program coordination scheduling, notetaking,
Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
Ability to interact with a broad spectrum of constituencies, including donors, community leaders, nonprofit/education representatives, Foundation board members, staff members, volunteers and scholarship recipients;
Ability to build and steward relationships with people from diverse backgrounds;
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment;
Well-developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Ability to present information in a concise and easily understood manner;
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;
Organized, proactive/self-starter, creative, detail-oriented, and critical thinking skills required;
Well-developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience with CRM and data management.
