Interim Chief Financial Officer

This is a dynamic role for a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (ACA, ACMA) with gravitas and energy. We are looking for A ‘PE literate’ individual who understands the nuances of growth and commercial delivery throughout the entirety of a PE investment cycle and onto exit. As an Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organisation, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will provide strategic financial leadership, manage financial risk, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Strategic and commercial support to the CEO
Financial strategy, planning and insight
Financial reporting and analysis
Compliance and control
Improvement of existing systems and processes and to create efficiencies
Candidate profile
CIMA or ACCA Qualified with 10 PQE
Significant Private Equity experience and debt funding experience
Previous experience operating as CFO or FD (number 1)
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience of multi-site business within the Hospitality or Retail sector
