Direct Counsel is looking for a mid-level Real Estate attorney for a national law firm. This is an excellent partnership-track opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with a team of highly skilled and experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters at a national level. You will be part of a team that supports the professional development of their associates, trains, and mentors, and helps them grow as lawyers. Part of that training involves early and frequent work directly with clients in a diverse transactional practice.
Responsibilities:
At least 3-6 years of experience with one or more of the following: acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing and joint ventures
Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus
The ability to work with other team members and clients and take ownership of projects
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple projects
Be admitted to the State Bar of California

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $260,000 - 435,000 - plus bonus and full benefits.
