Capital City Loan & Jewelry
Capital City L & J INC is a family owned and operated business with 4 locations throughout the Sacramento Area. We have decades long history of helping tens of thousands of customers. We are active in supporting our communities. We pride ourselves on be the friendliest pawn shops in town as well as providing excellent deals on a huge variety of retail items ranging from watches, jewelry, tools, electronics and much more.
Benefits
Base pay for our sales lending associates range from $30,000/yr -$48,000 based on productivity. Pay is comprised of an hourly rate from $15 and up depending on what you bring to the table, PLUS monthly incentives that can increase your wage by several dollars an hour. The best thing about the incentive is that there is no cap so your hard work determines your limit.
