Bartender

Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about beverages and menu items.
Monitor and control inventory levels, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue.
Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drinks.
Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification or willingness to obtain one.
