Geotechnical Field Technician

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Geotechnical Field Technician in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
Geotechnical field construction observations and testing, including foundation excavations, grading, and drainage installation
Preparation of daily field reports
Geotechnical laboratory testing
Logging and sampling of exploratory borings and field mapping
Requirements
Approximately 3 to 5 years of geotechnical technician work experience is ideal, but candidates with less experience may be considered
High school diploma or GED, College course work in science/math/engineering is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer applications
Self-motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Enjoy working outdoors
