The team Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across DocuSign. The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations in DocuSign to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans. This position As the Finance Operations Manager/Senior Manager you will act as a change agent to drive digital Finance transformation in support of DocuSign's fast-growing business and global expansion. You will seek innovative solutions to guide the evolution of Finance capabilities. You will be a thought partner to influence leadership and ensure we prioritize projects aligned with our strategic goals and use resources wisely. This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to Director, Finance Operations. Responsibilities: * Lead key initiatives and delivery of a wide range of projects that drives business growth in support of the broader organization's vision * Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography teams including partnership with Business Processes, Accounting, FP & A, Revenue Operations, IT, Sales Ops, Customer Success, Tax, Legal and other functions to carry out key deliverables and achieve business objectives * Support comprehensive finance & accounting transformations; Lead efforts in requirements gathering, testing and workflow developments * Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data to identify opportunities for improvement; implementation partners, architects, developers and business units to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction * Explore advanced digital technology and carry out an execution plan aimed to enhance finance agility * Define roadmap to enhance SaaS Financial eco-systems (Quoting, billing, payment, Revenue, Accounting and etc.) * Design and manage program standards that can be widely adopted, including best practices, work procedures, application, quality objectives, lessons learned, change management methods, and key metrics for assessing progress * Establish critical path analysis, schedules, budgets, and staffing to manage support of strategic programs Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Finance/Business, Data science or equivalent * Minimum 5 years relevant experience in implementing one or more SaaS/Cloud financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Salesforce and etc.) * Experience in program management, business architecture, end to end workflow design and implementation Preferred Qualifications * A mindset of 'People First'; Ability to foster collaboration among siloed departments * Ability to navigate organization and systems to 'get things done'; Be willing to roll up your sleeves * Experience in Finance system architecting for E-commerce platform is highly preferred About us DocuSign helps organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, act on, and manage agreements.
