Job Description
As Product Manager for the Home & Repair Audience, you’ll help build the strategy for how Square better serves Home & Repair sellers. You’ll optimize the end-to-end experience for these sellers to make sure they’ll be successful with the entire Square ecosystem of products. You’ll deeply understand the unique challenges and needs of this sector and aim to improve Square's functionality specifically for these businesses. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our payments and remote sales workflow solutions, ensuring they align with market demands and offer a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision 
Develop and own the execution of product strategy for growing the Home & Repair Services audiences while aligning with broader company goals and strengths.
Define and communicate the multi-year vision for the audience, ensuring alignment with market trends and specific needs of Home & Repair Services sellers.
Product Development
Drive the development of innovative and industry-leading invoicing, virtual terminal and all payment  products across desktop, mobile, and native platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Data Science, to execute the product strategy.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and inspire a high-performing team fostering an environment that encourages creativity, efficiency, and a commitment to quality.
Influence key stakeholders across Square to align resources, intent, and prioritization with the goals of the broader Audience team
