Responsibilities:
Lead the development and integration of advanced machine learning models to solve complex problems across different sectors, from healthcare to entertainment.
Spearhead the design and execution of the machine learning lifecycle, including problem definition, data acquisition, model development, training, and deployment.
Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and ML, publishing findings and implementing innovations into practical solutions for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage AI.
Mentor junior machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
Develop and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to support real-time analytics and machine learning applications.
Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance and efficiency, ensuring they can operate at scale.
Stay ahead of the AI industry curve, identifying and incorporating new technologies and methodologies that improve our capabilities and offerings.
Work closely with product managers and developers to integrate AI and ML technologies into our products and services, enhancing their value and user experience.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance our AI capabilities, including partnerships with academia and other research institutions.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
A passion for AI and machine learning, with a visionary mindset and a drive to innovate.
6+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating the application of AI in real-world scenarios.
Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, data structures, and statistical models, with a proven ability to apply these in large-scale environments.
Expertise in programming languages like Python and C++, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Huggingface.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience leading AI projects in a dynamic startup environment.
A track record of published research or contributions to open-source projects in AI and ML.
Advanced knowledge of cloud computing environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, especially in deploying scalable ML solutions.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, and other subfields of AI, demonstrating the ability to tackle diverse challenges.
