General Laborer

JTB Landscaping is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer in both landscaping and landscape construction. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation and enhancement of outdoor spaces through a variety of tasks. Responsibilities:
Perform various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and mulching.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
Contribute to landscape construction projects, including hardscape installations, planting, and grading.
Operate and maintain a range of landscaping and construction equipment.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Perform general cleanup of work areas, ensuring a neat and organized landscape.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping and construction equipment.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
