Job Description
Moneta is actively hiring a part-time Client Service Administrator to support client team operations by providing overall assistance to Partners and team members on various tasks and projects. Learn to enhance processes, identify efficiencies, and take initiative within the team.  We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and flexible individuals who enjoy a small team environment to thrive in the Client Service Administrator role. 
Essential Responsibilities
Manage weekly client meeting schedules
Support Client Service Managers and Advisors in preparation for client review meetings
Help coordinate client paperwork
Handle mail for clients and teams
Reconcile monthly expense reports
Marketing and branding assistance as needed
Maintain and organize client files
Scheduling support and coordination for team and partners
