Manager to provide leadership and direction to plant maintenance. Join a prestigious F500

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager.
Lead and mentor a team of 26 reports (4 direct, 22 indirect).
Drive efficiency and excellence in maintenance systems and practices at this critically important manufacturing plant.
Collaborate closely with Quality, Safety, HR, and the Leadership Team, including Production, to schedule and execute equipment and facility repairs.
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to track and enhance maintenance function performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead maintenance team with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Apply technical skills to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis.
Oversee control systems and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment.
Foster a positive workplace culture through proactive preventativemaintenance and continuous improvement.
Develop supervisors and align with organizational goals for optimized leadership and culture change.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of plant equipment Maintenance (or Engineering) experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Solid knowledge of Continuous Improvement is required.
