Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and well experienced Process Piping Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be certified 6G, 4F welder and will be responsible for welding and fabricating process piping systems in compliance with industry standards, blueprints, and project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Welding and Fabrication:
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding tasks for the assembly of process piping systems according to project requirements.
Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings and blueprints.
Material Preparation:
Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
Inspect materials to ensure they meet project specifications.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and address any defects or discrepancies in the welding process.
 
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing welding tasks.
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the project team, including engineers and other trades, to ensure coordinated and efficient project execution.
Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma.
Welding certification.
Proven experience as a Process Piping Welder in an industrial or construction setting.
Proficient in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding.
Familiarity with different materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Must be able to travel to different sites.

Location: United State
Full-time position with occasional overtime.

Testing
