Russell-Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a cellular assay scientist to work for a global third-party testing organisation. Our client is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a background in biopharmaceutical science to join the ever-expanding team. The Role
• Providing analytical testing services within pharmaceutical sectors
• Performing immunoassays, specifically ADA and PK immunoassays
• Ensuring studies meet regulatory standards.
• Supporting less senior members of staff with method development and assay validation.
• Must be able to communicate with clients, advising strategies to tackle any issues encountered.

The Person
• Must be confident using ELISA, flow cytometry and transfection assays.
• Must be senior scientist level, with experience in immunoassays. Specifically, PK and ADA assays.
• Must be confident with method development and method validation in the above techniques.
• Will have ideally come from a GLP, GMP or GCP regulated environment.
• Will have ideally come from a biopharmaceutical background.
• Must have good practical and theoretical knowledge of assay development.
• Will have previous experience leading a team/supporting less senior members of staff.
