What You Will Be Doing:
* Architect and design electrical products while providing technical leadership across the engineering team.
* Apply your expertise in analog and power electronics to lead the electrical design and architecture of new hardware for a broad range of lighting control and system products.
* Collaborate with embedded software, RF, and mechanical teams to create innovative, high-quality products.
* Mentor and coach engineers, aiding them in both technical and career development challenges.
* Drive innovation in product performance and quality by working with new materials and cutting-edge suppliers.
What You Need for This Position:
* 10+ years of experience in analog circuits and power electronics design and development.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
* A solid understanding of analog circuits, physics fundamentals, and power electronics.
* Embedded programming experience is a plus.
* A hands-on attitude and a proven collaborative spirit are essential.
