Teacher Aide

Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers with daily activities, including lesson preparation and classroom management
Work with small groups of students to provide individual attention and support
Assist with grading and record-keeping
Provide supervision during lunch and recess
Communicate regularly with parents and other staff members
Attend meetings and trainings as required
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability, able to adjust to changing needs and demands
A passion for education and helping others succeed
