Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep requires:
Bachelors Degree in technical field or College Degree in Trades
Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands-on experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
Strong customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary
Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web-based programs
Good home internet connection
French language an asset
Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep duties:
Provide customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesives products and solutions through our technical helpline.
Provide timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
Visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads.
