The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about customer service in a help desk environment. This position is ideally located in Dublin, OH but we will be open to location for the right candidate. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage tickets (via Zendesk) received at the Help Desk in a prompt and courteous manner; - Troubleshoot computers/mobile devices operating systems and hardware issues; - Manage company anti-virus software; - Manage user accounts, group policy, and access guidelines; - Set up and deploy hardware/core software for new hires and existing employees; - Support IT function and employees with rollout of new technology, whether it is software, enhanced processes or hardware upgrades; - Support IT function and employees through mergers and acquisitions; - Assist in software license management and asset tracking/inventory; - Maintain active directory and email distribution lists; - Maintain asset inventory; - Assist with developing IT procedures and training staff. SKILLS - Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests; - Attention to detail and deadlines; - Good organizational, typing, and computer software skills (Microsoft suite); - Ability to work well with others and present professionalism via face-to-face, email, and phone interactions; - Ability to learn new products and communicate effectively with non-technical employees. EDUCATION Associates' degree in related field preferred; work experience can count towards degree preference. EXPERIENCE At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Security in a help desk role preferred. Will train the right person with a positive, customer service perspective, good communication skills, and IT exposure. WORK ENVIRONMENT Combination of a climate-controlled office environment or own home. Physical requirements primarily include sitting, walking with occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling.
