Production Associate

Working with an exciting biotechnology establishment, we are looking to introduce production associates to their hard-working, rapidly growing team. Responsibilities:
* Being hands-on within our production site
* Working alongside Biology and Operations teams to ensure the site runs to its maximum potential with high levels of hygiene
* Documenting processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement
* Monitoring systems to ensure running optimally
What we are looking for:
* Hard-working, proactive individuals who want to drive change and make a positive impact
* Not put-off by getting your hands dirty
* Prior experience working in Farming / Agriculture / Food Manufacturing / FMCG
