Installation Manager Position Overview:
You will be responsible for leading all operational activities of installation, providing efficiency and a consistent high level of excellence. You will oversee the performance and development of installation crews, as well as handle personnel issues should they arise.
Primary Installation Manager Responsibilities:
Leads a team of Installers, Service Techs and a Scheduler.
Works with sales, design, project management, project coordinators/sales assistants in the analysis, estimating and planning of installations.
Oversees the management of field installations, ensuring that installations are on-time and complete, adhering to the installation schedule, work plan, estimated cost and man-hours.
Works closely with Sales Team and Project Managers to understand the project requirements and to ensure correct information has effectively been communicated to customers.
Monitors all installations in process and confirms completed installations meet safety and excellence standards, and customer satisfaction.
Reviews field installations to ensure the highest quality workmanship, and that finished product is assembled per plan and is leveled, aligned and plumb, cleaned and completely detailed.
Addresses and resolves any issues or changes in a timely manner, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Ensures safety and quality control measures are a priority and are followed on every installation.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual Spanish is a plus)
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and supervisory skills
Organized, with strict attention to detail
Understanding and exercise of safe practices and local, state, and federal codes and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed for maintenance reports
Legal US resident/Legal authorization to work for any US employer. We use E-Verify and do not sponsor.
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
Able to pass a background test and pre-employment drug screening
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field desired
At least 3 years of installation management and crew supervisory experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, reach, push, pull, and climb as needed to perform work
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and, occasionally, up to 100 pounds
Must be able to travel to installation jobsites
Benefits
Installation Managers Compensation Package Includes:
Starting salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Full benefits package after 60 days: Medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, short term disability and more.
