Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative at Innovative Consulting Group, Inc. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, and sales activities to drive business development and growth.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers in manufacturing, banking, and healthcare sectors
Qualify and prioritize leads
Research and analyze potential business opportunities
Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings
Achieve sales targets
Sales pipeline management
Data analytics
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieving and surpassing sales revenue targets
New client acquisition
Management of sales opportunities
Conversion rates
Compensation:
Hourly rate and uncapped performance bonus based on meetings, opportunities, and closings. Please submit income requirements/expectations.
Location: Knoxville, TN area but will consider remote candidates.
