Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand TurboDebt's customer base.
Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Educate prospects on our debt relief services and how they can benefit from our solutions.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual client circumstances and tailor solutions accordingly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in our CRM system.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customers.
A deep understanding of financial services or debt relief is a plus, but not required; we will provide training.
