Business Analyst / Project Manager

Job Description
The team is currently recruiting a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager to support a 3-year Global Reconciliation Transformation Programme. The role will work in partnership with Operations teams and Technology partners across APAC, EMEA and North and South America. The role requires a good understanding of market products and operational processing as well as project management practices and discipline.
Responsibilities:

Manages a set of assigned projects, development of plans, tracking progress of deliverables on the plan, performing analysis as part of issue resolution, ensuring all project delivery documentation is in place, to the required standard and signed off.
Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members and engaging in working groups, steercos, and workshops where required.
Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets operations objective, ensuring requirements are clearly documented are strategic and are well understood by all stakeholders and Technology.
Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are backed by a business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives and that there are trackable, tangible benefits with associated KPIs.
Support the Operations line team with their test preparation and execution and ensure all procedures, staffing etc considerations are addressed as part of their operational readiness planning.
Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside of the immediate workstream within their remit.
Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery as defined by business PM standards.
Proactively manages the communication of status, issues, and risks to the Sponsor and key stakeholders on a timely basis.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy and can operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the business, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:

6-10 years relevant industry experience
Prior industry experience.
Education:

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
Contract until 31/12/2024
