Serves as an integral member of emergency department/CDU care team. Provides psychosocial assessments, coordination and implementation of age appropriate social medicine services to meet the needs of patients/families/significant others in the emergency department and CDU.
Must-Haves:
Minimum one (1) year experience in the health care setting.
Master's degree in Social Work.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii) OR Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii)
Basic Life Support within 0.5 months of hire from the American Heart Association
Nice-To-Haves:
ED Medical Social Work or inpatient medical social work experience
$5,000 sign on bonus
