Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator - Bloomington, IL

CXG, a leading market research and insights company, is seeking a Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator to join our team in Bloomington, IL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end brands and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. CXG leverages over 15 years of experience in providing consultancy, measuring experience and impact on business performance, and specialized trainings and coaching for luxury and premium brands. As a Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator for CXG, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most iconic brands and help shape their customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-store evaluations of luxury brands to assess customer experience and provide detailed reports on findings.
Attend training sessions to improve evaluation skills and knowledge of luxury brands.
Communicate with CXG Project Managers to coordinate assignments and report progress.
Work independently to complete tasks according to provided guidelines and deadlines.
Collaborate with other evaluators to share knowledge and best practices.
Follow a strict code of ethics and maintain confidentiality of all evaluation results.
Respond promptly to communication from CXG Project Managers.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a passion for luxury and premium brands.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Access to a car and willing to travel up to 50 miles from Bloomington, IL.
Professionalism and ability to follow a strict code of ethics.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
