Oversee, an award winning property management company along the Emerald Coast, is looking for a Guest Ambassador to join their Grayton Beach office. As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the face of the company and will work closely with guests to create exceptional experiences for them. You will quote, book, and follow-up with guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest feels welcome and taken care of during their stay. Oversee is a team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to guests and homeowners alike. Responsibilities
Create exceptional experiences for guests by providing excellent customer service
Manage guest reservations, including booking, check-in, and check-out procedures
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always clean and well-maintained
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about local attractions and amenities
Assist with marketing efforts to promote Oversee's properties and services
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
