Lead Sterile Processing Technician
CTTX Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. As the Lead Sterile Processing Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and supporting the efficient functioning of the operating rooms.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee the sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure the availability and readiness of sterile instruments and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
Train and educate staff on sterilization procedures and equipment operation.
Monitor and maintain sterile processing equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT or CRCST) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile processing.
Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
Thorough knowledge of sterilization techniques, equipment, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
