Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned specialty department.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient care in the specialty department.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff in the specialty department.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Job Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in the assigned specialty.
Current BLS certification.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the assigned specialty.
