Job Description
Purpose
Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains l0wer-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities
Create trending data and present technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
Create PM’s and perform PM optimizations.
Must be electrical (50% of time will be responding to call on the lines)
Must have RCM/RCA training or experience.
Must have formal training or experience with PDM technologies.
Analyze data from one or more of the PDM formats.
Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct
Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
Capable of training others on tasks.
Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
