We are currently seeking an Accounts Associate (Customer Service) to help deliver excellent customer care and onboarding to our contractors.

What you’ll be doing:

Act as a point of contact for contractors across numerous accounts to address any issues arising with the account and ensuring consistent delivery of a first-class service
Effectively co-ordinates and communicates with multiple internal departments about matters relating to the account, while addressing more complex issues with Account Manager to understand how best to resolve these
Conducting check-in calls with contractors and potential candidates
Responsible for the coordination of the onboarding of the individual working closely with the candidate and the UK Assignment support team
Monitoring contractor timesheets  To be considered, you need:
