National Accounts Manager

The Role:
In this newly formed role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with retail partners in the LATAM region. You will also identify new commercial opportunities and negotiate reciprocal support to bring the Tilbury magic to life in stores and online.
You’ll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to reach creative results and achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about working in the beauty industry.
  
Role Accountabilities:
Trading Relationships
Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within your designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility and exposure.
Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, in-store visibility, and support with Buying and Merchandising teams.
 
Driving Performance
Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.
Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.
Deliver limitless plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate.
Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximize opportunities across retailers.
Monitor, manage, and optimize performance.
 
Cross-Functional Working
Work closely with Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering: activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention. Review implementation and performance vs expectations on a regular and appropriately frequent basis.
Build strong working relationships with our fabulous Retail team, utilizing insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans.
For new markets or trading partners, onboard and build out bespoke launch plans appropriate to the market and retailer to reach and sustain #1 ranking.
Team Management
Support the development and performance of National Account Executive and wider team, building functional expertise and driving relationship management with the trade
Support National Account Executives to lead relationships with defined accounts, supporting key decision making and strategy, but giving autonomy and accountability
Requirements
Key Selection Criteria:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a National Account Manager, preferably within the beauty/luxury/fashion industries, or similar sectors.
Numerical Acumen: Highly proficient in data analysis, target-driven, and commercially astute. Passionate about finding innovative solutions and committed to the beauty industry.
Results-Oriented and Solution-Driven: Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets, while maintaining a structured and organized work style adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Adaptability and Learning Orientation: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and embracing change. Demonstrates a hunger for continuous learning and development, setting an example for others.
Management and Coaching Skills: Ability to effectively manage and coach teams, fostering growth and development preferred
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional relationship-building abilities and effective communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in successful negotiation practices.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively in business analysis and presentations.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish required.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrates initiative, drive, and a can-do attitude with a focus on innovation and seizing opportunities.
