As a Technical Marketing Specialist you will be:
* the subject matter expert of your product
* on the front lines serving customers
* actively listening to your clients so you can really identify their issues so you can solve their application problems
* the trusted resource for your clients
* part of something bigger, making a direct impact on the bottom line for both your employer and your client
You will also be responsible for:
* updating & reviewing technical manuals, sales literature and training materials for existing products
* the creation of technical manuals, sales literature and training materials for new products
* using the analytical side of your brain as you research the market, industry trends and competitors
* training the sales team on your product
* 5-10 trade shows a year, traveling 1-4 at a time
* contributing to department projects as they come along
You will know you're a fit for a Technical Marketing Specialist if:

* you are able to think on your feet to adapt to your clients and team members to come up with creative solutions

* you have a good grasp of MS-based applications, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint
