Sales and Marketing Specialist

A partner is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Plymouth, MN, to assist in the establishment of a new beauty and wellness product division. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience across various channels, including e-commerce, marketing, and customer support.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and maintaining online data and content on direct-to-consumer (DTC) and partner websites.
Implementing and assessing online promotions.
Collaborating closely with the Amazon account team.
Working with the marketing director and agency to execute marketing communication strategies.
Addressing customer inquiries via phone, social media, email, and online chat.
Assisting the VP in providing updated sales forecasts to local and overseas teams.
Generating monthly report data.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in oral and written communication.
Excellent proofreading skills and ability to present numerical data.
Strong planning and organizing abilities.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork.
Initiative and willingness to take on increased responsibilities.
Dependability with strong judgment and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Occasional travel, including overnight and potentially international trips, may be required.
