OBJECTIVE
Business Development Specialist:
$16.00 – 18.00 per hour
Commission
Opportunity to make 45k+ Annually
Make phone calls qualifying potential customers for use of our services. Finding prospects to call with the given tools provided. Some calls are cold calls. Setting appointments for our team. Keeping track of daily progress. Positivity, self-motivated and a go getter mentality is who we want on our team. We provide all tools necessary to help you become successful.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services
Make 250 sales calls per week to prospective clients.
Schedule qualified appointments for City Wide’s outside sales team
Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call and appointments set.
Other duties as necessary
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Positive, goal oriented, self-driven individuals who are ready to hit the ground running!
High school diploma and 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable.
Customer service oriented and highly effective communication skills.
Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently.
Prior experience using CRM systems preferred but not required.

Pay: Hourly and commission
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. weekends off!
