Description/Job Summary
SUMMARY
This position will be instrumental in driving Sales Effectiveness initiatives across the Americas commercial team. Leveraging a range of sales enablement platforms (e.g., CRM, PowerBI) to provide timely, insightful, and visually compelling data to our commercial team. Cross-functional collaboration with the Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Product Development), Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience functions will be important to success in this role
We offer a competitive salary with a range of $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and skill set

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions:
Manage adoption and usage of our CRM platform; Building meaningful dashboards and reports; working closely with sales leadership to build this into an essential tool for the commercial team
Be on the cutting edge of PowerBI development; creating and managing a range of dashboards and reports to provide daily insights into business performance.
Mange the design, development and maintenance of a key sales enablement platform (Showell); Collating all relevant sales & marketing collateral and ensuring we continue to meet the demand and needs of the Americas commercial team
Work in close collaboration across other functional areas to provide data analysis and reporting; supporting the commercial team with regular and ad hoc reports
Extract & aggregate data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
Maintain cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer service, supply chain, IT and finance
Support sales leadership with projects and tasks as needed
Support sales team with questions and training across the various platforms
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science / Data Analytics
2+ years combined experience in a business with complex, fast-moving organization
2 or more years of Data Analytical work preferred
Spanish or Portuguese language knowledge is an advantage
Interpersonal, Communications and Influencing skills
Must be comfortable working with all levels in the organization.
Must be comfortable working with different cultures throughout the Americas.
Must be flexible and agile to adjust to changing needs of the business
