As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate staff members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality comprehensive services to children aged 0-5 years.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Management, Human Services, or a related field.
Must have Kansas Program Director's Approval for up to 100 children aged 0-5.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Head Start or other early childhood education program.
Proven leadership experience, preferably with at least 1 year of supervising staff.
Strong knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and Kansas Child Care Licensing regulations.
Ability to effectively gather, analyze, and utilize data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.

Child Start's Assistant Site Supervisor is $1900.80 biweekly.
