About this position The Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst consults with internal partners to understand business needs and objectives and delivers innovative, fully optimized web experiences using our enterprise content management system. The successful candidate will also serve as one of the firms foremost experts in web content management, coaching peers and business leaders in leading methodologies and industry standards. Accordingly, the candidate will be well versed in SEO, mobile, accessibility, and analytics considerations. You will spend much of your time working with cross-functional teams of product owners, developers, designers, and analysts utilizing an Agile methodology to drive client-centric solutions. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred. You perform a broad range of daily content updates for multiple websites, and support larger ongoing efforts like redesigns, A/B testing, and personalization. Provides technical support as needed to business partners, offering solutions to roadblocks as they arise. Also leads internal projects as directed by the manager, developing timelines and current/future state analysis, leading communication and collaboration of team members and implementation of procedures. This role is high exposure, highly collaborative, and critical to the success of T. Rowe Prices digital strategies. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and be able to effectively influence decision making. Responsibilities Consulting and Planning Collaborates with business partners during every stage of digital projects, advising on technical options and feasibility, timing, and adherence to brand guidelines and industry standards. Maximizes opportunities to innovate while minimizing delays and surprises. Delivery Accountable for updating web content in a timely, accurate fashion in our content management system. Ensures work has been reviewed and approved by the proper parties before publishing. Validates updates in live environment. Supports occasional after-hours deployments. Testing and Personalization Supports A/B testing and personalization efforts by developing alternate versions of web pages in an industry leading platform. Often requires coding, troubleshooting, and a technical skillset. Subject Matter Expertise and Coaching Maintains expert understanding of our content management system, including new and emerging features. Stays up to date on shifting digital trends and serves as a vocal advocate for leading methodologies. Provides valuable learning opportunities in the form of demos and reference documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 3+ years of total relevant work experience - Extensive experience working with web content management systems - Working knowledge of web design and development concepts, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Preferred: - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Adobe Target - Exposure to Agile methodologies of software/product development - Ability to work effectively with a variety of functional areas: Marketing, Client Experience, Creative, Technology - Ability to work independently and collaboratively to translate business requirements into innovative solutions - Knowledge of industry standards and optimizing for Search, Mobile, Accessibility, Analytics - Experience with user testing and personalization tools and concepts - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities - Great teammate who is flexible and generous with their time and expertise Job Family: Marketing & Communications - Design Track: Knowledge Management (KM) Level: 2 T.
