As a Sales & Project Manager you work with our Operations team, prospect for new business, uncover new commercial clients, bring on new contractors and manage projects. You run the full cycle from lead generation to close, collaborate with our account managers and manage work performed by our independent contractors. Our teamwork-oriented and driven operations team offers over 20 building and facility services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients
Manage sales process scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals and winning business
Work with account managers on large-scale project proposals, closing and oversight
Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, manage work
Utilize and manage our CRM to enter all business intel

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; MS Office skills; knowledge of CRM;
Prospecting experience
Project management a big plus
Communication, Oral & Written – ability to communicate effectively
Relationship Building – potential clients buy from people they like
Problem Solving – help prospects solve issues and save time; guide them to a solution that City Wide offers
Solid organization and prioritization skills
Self-Motivated – you don’t wait around, you make it happen! Desire to push department higher to new levels
