Biena is looking for a Customer Service Summer Intern to join our team. This person will assist the Operations team in Customer Order entry activities, as well as supporting shipment coordination tasks for our key customers. Biena’s culture is collaborative, team-oriented and fun. And there are plenty of free snacks!
Primary responsibilities:
Receive and verify customer orders to process accurately and in a timely manner
Complete routing transactions and provide Logistics Partners with accurate shipment data
Assist Customer Service Manager with customer recordkeeping
Assist Marketing and Operations teams with organization of product samples and materials
Work on ad-hoc projects

Requirements
Attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Desire and ability to learn quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Excel and Word
Customer Service experience in a consumer food or beverage company is a plus

Position offered from the month of May through August 2024
$18 hour
Ability to work from home around 50%
